Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field User Support Specialist with expertise in the Microsoft stack. The ideal candidate will provide on-site technical support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of their systems and applications. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft software and systems, including Windows OS, Office 365, and other Microsoft applications.

Assist users with hardware and software installations, configurations, and upgrades, ensuring all devices are properly connected and operational.

Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, ensuring seamless access to corporate resources.

Provide training and guidance to end-users on best practices for using Microsoft software and tools.

Document support activities, issues, and resolutions in the helpdesk system.

Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement improvements to the support process.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a field support capacity.

Strong proficiency with most common end user software, namely Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS, Office 365.

Experience with network troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

NATO SECRET security clearance - or available to do the accreditation process with us.
