The Company
This exciting opportunity to work for a well-established and expanding Accident Management Company who look to provide clients with replacement vehicles following a non-fault accident. The company have been established for over 27 years and are currently going through a period of significant growth and as a result of this are looking to recruit for a driven and personable person to join the team.
The Ideal Candidate
Will have worked previously in a busy telephone based role and have a positive and friendly approach. Training will be provided but enthusiasm and strong customer service is a must.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service
Manage your own portfolio of clients for the duration of their hire period
Confidently negotiate with third party insurers
Liaise with repairers and obtain key updates on the progress of client's vehicle repairs
Follow up claims progress with third party insurers to ensure losses are correctly mitigated
Abide by guidelines agreed with the insurers to ensure that the hire charges are paid in full
Keeping good levels of communication with other team members and other departments
Apply a structured and organised approach to managing your own caseloadKey Skills and Knowledge
Great on the phone
Confident at building rapport with customers
Word/Excel/Outlook and basic IT skills
Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues
Have a 'can do' attitude and an ability to think 'outside the box'
To be able to deal with challenging customers
Working Hours
Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week either 8am - 4:30pm or 9:00 - 5:30pm
