Job Overview
Our client, Daytona Milton Keynes, is seeking friendly, confident, enthusiastic, and reliable Front of House staff to join their vibrant and busy team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for their customers, ensuring they have a welcoming and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities

Meet & Greet: Welcome customers promptly and with a friendly attitude upon arrival.

Customer Service: Deliver first-class customer service, ensuring all guests feel valued and attended to.

Event Check-In: Sign in drivers to their scheduled events, issue race uniforms, and assist with any additional requirements.

Sales & Upselling: Promote and upsell race events and merchandise to meet individual and team sales targets.

Enquiry Management: Handle phone, email, and face-to-face enquiries professionally and efficiently.

Maintain Presentation Standards: Ensure that all Front of House and customer-facing areas are always clean, organized, and well-presented.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Venue Management team as needed.
