Duties

Manage and coordinate all sales activities within your area to meet company targets, maintain client relationships, and drive business growth.

Oversee and develop the sales function, ensuring a strong sales pipeline and reporting to senior management.

Serve as the primary contact for technical matters and sales inquiries, liaising with clients daily.

Secure customer commitment, manage the entire sales lifecycle, and provide exceptional end-to-end customer support.

Prepare customer quotations, gather market intelligence, and ensure accurate customer database maintenance.

Achieve sales targets, expand the customer base, service existing accounts, and identify new business opportunities.

Contribute to marketing efforts, regional sales strategies, and operational objectives by providing insights and implementing improvements.

Continuously update job knowledge through education, networking, and staying informed on industry trends.

The successful candidate may be expected to perform additional tasks as required by the evolving role and company objectives.
The Ideal Person

Experienced sales professional with a successful history and expertise in fleet operations.

Prior experience in a fleet sales role is preferred.

Technical knowledge of vehicles is highly advantageous.

Strongly preferred: technical understanding or familiarity with the commercial fleet sector.

Excellent communicator with the ability to build and sustain business relationships at all levels.

Proactive in identifying and creating new business opportunities to meet sales and profitability targets
