This is a full time permanent role.
Job Description

Take ownership of proactive account management and business development of specific territories/overseas distributors – primarily around (but not limited to) ME & Asia

Carry out regular overseas market visits with a focus on driving business development through engagement with key stakeholders in the markets
-
Regular communication with customer base in the regions
-
Carry out a formal review of distributors and their assigned territories to ascertain where barriers lie and what tactics are to be deployed to enable growth in the markets

Map out, develop and grow partnerships with key oncology providers (private and government sector) in assigned markets

Build an understanding of and relationships with relevant oncology societies/associations (e.g. medical oncology, oncology nursing, supportive care, psychooncology), patient advocacy organisations, cancer educative platforms for inclusion of and dissemination of information on scalp cooling wherever appropriate and generating opportunities for business development

Identify, regularly network and develop strong relationships with KOLs in key markets

International market researching

Act as an advocate for the client

Presentations to clinical staff and key opinion leaders

Ability to commission and provide training in the use of company products and services

Identify and attend relevant overseas exhibitions, conferences and events

Close liaison with the Marketing Team (particularly International Marketing Manager) on development and deployment of suitable marketing strategies for key regions
Job Purpose
To drive new business development in key overseas markets with a view to ensuring continued sales growth
To identify and develop/nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the oncology sector across strategic international markets
To support Head of Int. Sales, Regional Managers and Partner Network in the development and deployment of suitable sales strategies for their respective markets
To act as a ambassador
To deliver appropriate instruction and training in the use of company products and services
Required Experience/Qualifications:

Previous experience (min. 3-4 years) in a business development environment (ideally international and/or medical sales)

We will consider candidates who may not have relevant medical/international experience but must possess the confidence, charisma and ability to thrive in an international business environment. Passion to achieve results and drive growth in international markets are key.

Foreign language skills desirable

Competent in MS Office (Email, Word, PPT, Excel)/ CRMs

Experience of relationship building and management of external/partner relationships.
The capacity to carry out frequent international market visits is a must.
