My client is looking to recruit a key team member within their office, based in Milnsbridge.
Working within a small, friendly, close-knit environment, duties will include:

Control all day-to-day financials using Sage 50

Purchase Ledger

Sales Ledger
-
Credit Control
-
Keep in contact with and prepare accounts for the Bank

Keep an eye on all customers
-
Working closely with the debtor insurance provider

Marry up all purchase orders when received with invoices and chase where necessary

Ensure all files, reports, details and information is securely and neatly stored

Answering the phones politely and helpfully

Dealing with customers and suppliers efficiently on the phone and on email
