Customer Service Advisor role:
Working as part of a close-knit team you will be responsible for a range of tasks dealing with high volumes of inbound and outbound correspondence. This is an ideal first or 2nd office based jobs or a seasoned administrator who is looking to gain experience and progression in a growing business. Many of our prior administrators have moved onto other roles in the business within other departments.

Sorting inbound post/emails and identifying customer correspondence, creditor correspondence, letters of authority and direct debit mandates

Prioritising correspondence based on importance

Scanning correspondence to ensure a legible electronic exists and distributing originals to the relevant departments where appropriate

Allocating correspondence to Customer files and updating records

Sorting and enveloping printed outbound correspondence ready for posting

Completing general administration tasks

Ensuring that all Data Protection obligations are observed during the course of data processing

Managing your own workload to ensure that all KPIs are achieved each month

Ensuring that you meet and maintain Angel Advances high quality standards at all times
