Your role as New Homes Sales Negotiator is essential within the Land and New Homes Division. You will be the 'face' of Land and New Homes within the Felicity J Lord Division's development sites.
What you will be doing
This is an opportunity for a real, long-term and lucrative career in Land and New Homes that will give you an immense degree of satisfaction, recognition and reward.

Check all registrations from the previous day and match to our new developments

Discuss who they have registered the day before. Bring stats/results from day before

Hit a target of 5 viewings a day from ring out
-
Making sure applicants are updated on Rosie and qualified with Just Mortgages
-
Choose a different office every day to ring out on.

Check who the branches have registered the day before and who they have out viewing for the week matching for new homes via there diaries.

Obtain 3 Shared Ownership sales a week

Obtain 2 private sales at least a month

Conduct viewings in the week should an office not be available to carry out the viewing for you

Hit a target of 50 minimum calls a day

Must be self-motivated and reliable.

What will your industry-leading package look like?

Basic salary of £23,000 per year
-
OTE of £35,000
-
Working hours 8.30am to 6pm Mon - Fri - every other Saturday with a lieu day in the week
