Our Client is looking for a Registered Manager based in Spaulding.

They are seeking a proactive and dynamic Registered Manager to join the team, working with extraordinary people who achieve fantastic successes
Your Duties will include but not limited to:
Formulation of comprehensive support plans.
Writing residential core assessments, pathway plans, and other competent reports for professionals as necessary.
Direct engagement with individuals and their families, conducting family support work to assess risks, strengths, and the viability of community living.
Day-to-day management of projects, policies, procedures, finance, and administration.
Managing and working within set budgets.
Maintain up-to-date manual and electronic records and databases.
You will have:
Clear enhanced DBS Record
Experience in Social Services and Local Authorities.
Health & Social Care degree and/or management qualification within the healthcare sector or equivalent.
Sound knowledge and understanding of CQC and current legislations.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Full UK Driving Licence (desirable).
Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
