Office based - Monday to Friday (phone number removed)pm
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their team. The role is working within a highly successful and supportive coordination team, and they are looking for a capable and organised administrator to manage logistics and ensure products and equipment arrive to site on time.
The role will involve:
Inputting client orders onto the warehouse management system
Checking data and ensuring it is correct
Managing the email inbox
Booking transport and calculating costs
Producing despatch paperwork
Uploading supplier deliver details
Raising purchase orders
Producing reports and analysing data
Resolving issues and handling queries from customers over the phone and via email.
Experience required:
Previous administration experience
Excellent organisational skills
Good IT skills including Excel
Problem solving and prioritisation
Strong communication skills
A good team player and able to keep calm under pressure
