We are looking for a Site Manager to start work on a construction site in Birmingham for a flooring subcontractor. This will be on a new build student accommodation.
Start is set as 30th August and work will be available until the end of January 2025.
You will be overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that all flooring installations are carried out to the highest standards of quality and precision. The ideal manager will have a keen eye for detail, with an ability to spot even the smallest inconsistencies that could impact the finish and longevity of the flooring. You will be responsible for coordinating with main contractors, suppliers, and the installation team to ensure that the project runs smoothly, on schedule, and within budget.

CSCS
SMSTS
First Aid
Flooring Experience
Keen eye for detail
Quality Control
