We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, proactive individual, with demonstrable understanding of Business Development and Marketing fundamentals, to join a leading City Law firm on a permanent basis as a Business Development & Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities as the Business Development & Marketing Manager will include:

Building strategy and executing business development and marketing plans

Identifying opportunities
-
Managing budgets and spend across practice areas

Planning and coordinating award entries, directory entries, website pages, social media calendar and client mailings

Producing digital media (planning, organising production and assisting with development)
-
Coordinating events - planning all logistics as required

Coordinating pitches and presentations
-
Reporting on activity and ROI

What we’re looking for:

Experience in a similar role business development and marketing role, preferably within a law practice (or professional services)

Experienced in providing full BD & marketing support to practice ares / large teams
-
Planning, budgeting and monitoring skills

Ability to analyse and present data to assist decision making

Excellent project management capabilities

Excellent administration skills
-
Exceptional organisational skills with proactive time management and the ability to multi-task
-
Accurate copywriting and proofreading skills with excellent written and oral communications skills
-
IT savvy with good MS Office and the ability to learn new software quickly
-
Experience working in a busy, fast-paced and deadline driven environment

Impeccable attention to detail
-
Available imminently and able to commit to a 12m FTC
