Main Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, managing communication through both phone and email. Your duties will include:

Responding to and managing inbound customer enquiries.

Qualifying leads and gathering essential information.

Offering product guidance and advice.

Coordinating and hosting showroom visits.

Distributing company information and materials to customers.
