To cater to the expansion of our Solutions team, we are in search of an Automation Sales Manager to become a part of their dynamic workforce.

Attractive basic salary reaching up to £85,000.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Automation and operating within the Solutions team, this role holds the primary objective of fostering the growth and development of sales for Intralogistics Solutions, notably encompassing AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) and AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots). While the role is based remotely, it entails substantial travel within the UK and occasional extended stays from home as necessitated.
Role Objective:
Elevate sales of AGV’s & AMR’s.
Steer tenders to their completion.
Champion AGV’s within the designated region.
Collaborate with the key account and new business managers to foster and advance AGV sales.
Engage with and comprehend the flow plan development tool.
Undertake visits to customer sites, formulate solutions, contribute to meticulous proposals, and proficiently present solutions across all tiers.
Fulfil demanding targets effectively.
Coordinate customer visits or Proof of Concepts (POCs) as the situation demands.
Skilfully formulate comprehensive return on investment calculations at both detailed and overview levels.
Possess a solid grasp of solution-oriented sales approaches. Roles and Qualifications:
Preferably equipped with substantial comprehension of AGV’s and solution-centric sales, with provisions for guidance to the right candidate.
Display a robust understanding of AGV technology.
Familiarity with materials handling processes in warehouse operations offers an advantageous edge.
Prior experience in composing and delivering both hard copy proposals and PowerPoint presentations.
Confident and adept in communicating across a spectrum of stakeholders, both internal (e.g., Directors) and external (e.g., customers).
Proficient in IT applications, including intermediate skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
