As Telesales Manager / Campaign Delivery Manager you will be responsible for working with and managing a team of Telesales / Lead Generators.
This is a remote position so you must have excellent communication skills and be able to manage a team of remote workers.
Key Resposibilities:
- Set Campaigns Up
- Brief Callers on each campaign
- Keep track of targets needed on each campaign and motivate staff
- Export and report leads back to the clients
- Create filters in the CRM system
- Manage to teams expectations on the number of leads expected
- Support the team with any questions or objection handling
- Keep track of the teams KPI's
What we need:
- Previous experience of lead generation and cold calling
- Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be comfortable and confident in liaising with people at a senior level
- Strong communication and relationship building skills essential
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Self-motivated and resilient
