Job & Company Summary
Established MEP main contractor with increasing workloads are seeking a capable Site administrator with experience of 4Projects, to work on a long-term Refurbishment and maintenance, project in Kingston. The company operate throughout London and the location of the job will be project dependent in the future. Having experience of working for a subcontractor, preferably an M&E Contractor would be advantageous.
Duties & Responsibilities of the site administrator

Management of drawings / programmes using 4Projects

Managing general administration
-
Experience with RFI's and Site Instructions

in charge of visitors when required

Ordering materials / PPE when necessary

Ad Hoc administration duties when required

Liaising with other teams

Timesheets
-
Organising inductions / passes
Person Specification / Qualifications

Must be an experienced candidate in a site Admin / Secretarial role

Must have previous experience working on site in a similar role

Have strong attention to detail

Be competent in using a Document Control EDMS (FusionLive, Asite, Aconex,4Projects, etc. (training can be provided if necessary)
