Job Description: As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients. Your role will involve ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will be a crucial part of the team, driving revenue growth and maintaining their reputation for excellence in the market space.
Key Responsibilities for Key Account Manager:
Develop and sustain strong relationships with key accounts in the East Yorkshire region.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Achieve and surpass sales targets and objectives.
Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services and products.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Requirements for Key Account Manager:
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role, ideally in the forklift industry.
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
