An exciting temporary opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Invoice Clerk to join this thriving Technical service provider based in South Manchester on a temporary 3 month basis with the potential to extend past this point.
The successful candidate will be hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable. You must be presentable, an excellent written and verbal communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative.
You will have had some previous experience working within an Accounts Invoice Clerk or similar accounting role and must have experience in using Microsoft office packages and Xero.
You must be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and an investigative nature.
You will be responsible for assisting with all general account`s tasks, including but not limited to;
All administrative duties
Invoice Verification
Invoice Processing
Error Identification and Resolution
Liaising with suppliers
Assisting with management accounts production
Full time Monday- Friday 09:00- 17:00
