Several Customer Care Advisors/Internal Account Managers are immediately required to join a leading company that is part of a global group based in East Yorkshire.
This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. Working as part of a small, and expanding customer service and internal account management function, duties will include:

Managing a portfolio of customers

Sales order processing

Pricing and quotations

Dealing with invoice and product queries

Producing various reports on accounts

Liaising with customers, field account managers and procurement
Experience in a similar customer facing role is required, along with the ability to cope in a fast-paced environment. You must be competent in using Microsoft office programs, good communication skills and have a "can do" attitude.
