Well known service business based in the Manchester City Centre area requires a payroll administrator for their growing team. My client is a national service provider that has its head office in Manchester. Reporting to the payroll manager this role offers a motivated working environment, my client is heavily invested in its people. This role is also hybrid after a period of training.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager duties for this role include:

running multiple payrolls including weekly and monthly

dealing with the end-to-end aspects of the payrolls

handling all queries in connection to the payrolls

handling SSP, SMP, Starters, Leavers, P11D's

assisting with the development of the payroll department, looking for ways to improve processes

working with Excel, TEAMS, word and outlook
-
working with internal bespoke payroll processes
The right candidate will have;
-
end to end payroll experience
-
working with multiple payrolls with different deadlines
-
excellent IT skills
-
experience of handling end to end queries
-
knowledge of pensions is an advantage but not essential
