Coltech is partnered with a prestigious consultancy client who are looking for an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Project Manager/Lead to join their team for a 6 month contract.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Management:
-
Lead and manage O2C transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery within scope and budget.

Oversee the entire O2C process lifecycle, from order management through to payment collection, ensuring seamless integration and execution.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful project outcomes.

Process Optimisation & Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements within the O2C cycle to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve cash flow.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, sales, and customer service, to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Service Architecture & Capability Building:
-
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design and implement service architecture changes that support new O2C capabilities.

Lead the development of new capabilities to support evolving business needs, ensuring the service architecture is robust, scalable, and adaptable.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:

Engage with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure clear communication, alignment of objectives, and stakeholder buy-in.

Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Finance & IT Integration:

Leverage deep finance knowledge to integrate financial processes within the O2C cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Manage the interface between IT systems and finance functions, ensuring seamless data flow and reporting.

Consulting Expertise:

Utilise consulting experience, particularly from a Big 4 background, to apply best practices and industry standards to O2C projects.

Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on industry trends and competitive analysis.

Global Business Services (GBS) Focus:

Apply GBS principles to streamline and centralise O2C operations, driving global consistency and efficiency.

Develop and implement GBS strategies to optimise the delivery of O2C services across the organization.
