This is an exciting new opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join a company based in Aylesbury on a part time basis working 25 hours per week (can be flexible across 4/5 days per week). The salary is £14 to £15 per hour (dependent on skills & experience). This is a fully office-based role with free parking onsite.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Processing and responding to daily emails from the accounts mailbox
Loading and raising invoices onto the accounts system
Handling invoice requests and paying suppliers as per agreed SLA
Managing and maintaining various balance sheet accounts
Reviewing and reconciling supplier statements
Assisting with daily banking updates, audits, and the preparation of month end accounts to meet specified deadlines
Supporting with ad hoc admin duties to ensure the smooth running of the departmentTo be successful for this position, you must have a minimum of 1 years' experience within an Accounts or Finance role using accounting software packages. You must also have strong IT skills including Excel (V-lookups and basic pivot tables) and Outlook.
