Job Type/Shift Patterns: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, totalling 37.5 working hours per week onsite
Pay Rate: £15.67/Hr.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Digital Implementation Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the adoption of digital technologies within mental health services. This role focuses on training, mentoring, and supporting staff and patients in using digital solutions effectively. The coordinator will identify opportunities for digital automation, troubleshoot issues, and promote best practices across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Train and mentor staff on the effective use of digital technologies in daily workflows.

Support the integration of digital innovations into mental health services.

Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using digital solutions.

Provide guidance to new staff on digital tools and ensure they are proficient.

Troubleshoot non-technical digital issues and advise on escalation pathways.

Promote the sharing of best practices across wards and services.

Develop alternative methods to share information with patients and carers, reducing reliance on paper.

Ensure a positive and safe digital experience for staff and patients.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Strong knowledge of digital technology and its application in healthcare.

Experience in training, mentoring, or providing support on new processes and digital tools.

Ability to improve staff and patient confidence in using digital technologies.

Competence in identifying opportunities for digital automation.

Familiarity with mental health services and related digital solutions.
Relevant qualifications in healthcare, IT, or digital technologies.
Additional certifications or training in digital health or technology adoption (desirable).
