Customer Service & Sales Advisor
Full time 37.5 hours Monday - Friday
16 hours Monday & Tuesday
24 - 30 hour contracts available
Our Customer Service & Sales Advisors are responsible for maintaining the relationships of our Domestic customer base, handling inbound contact (calls, email, web-chat and other channels as appropriate) putting the customer first, negotiate a sales prices, ensuring the cross selling of other relevant products and services.
As a Customer Service & Sales Advisor you will deliver a great customer experience and maximise sales opportunities. Working compliantly, following company policies and procedures. Ensuring you have a thorough understanding of company products and services. Offering additional products to meet the needs of the customer. Supporting with email management and web chat where required

Contact Centre experience is desirable
