Job title: Admin/Accounts Assistant
Salary: Upto £36k per annum
Location: St Helens
Shifts: Monday to Friday - Fully office based
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts / Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will be organised, tech-savvy, and an effective communicator with a strong administrative background.
Successful candidate must have strong office skills, accounting knowledge/worked in an accounting position and good telephone manner to enable them to speak with clients and book meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clerical and administrative support to office staff
Manage office communications and correspondence efficiently
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
Handle client phone calls professionally and courteously
Use computerised systems such as Xero, Monday, and Google Suite
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in office software and computerised systems
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Effective phone etiquette and communication abilities
Minimum of 5 years of administrative or office experience
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: Up to £36,000 per year
Additional pay: Quarterly bonus

Qualifications:
Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience: 5 years of administrative experience (preferred)
