This role is fixed term for a minimum of two months.
Based at our Bicton Campus, We are seeking a Facilitates Manager, who will provide temporary cover planning, managing and controlling the day to day operational activity of the facilities management services at the Bicton campus to ensure that the Cornwall College Group provides an attractive and safe space for our learners and staff, the successful candidate will have a dynamic and driven approach to promoting and supporting HS&E across their campuses and can demonstrate a proven track record in facilities management.
Applicants will have a good standard of Numeracy, literacy and IT skill relevant to the role. The successful applicant must be able to manage budgets and ensuring cost effectiveness whilst managing multi- disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security.
