Excellent opportunity for an Operations Manager from a Financial Services background to join a rapidly growing business in West London, where you will play a key role from day one within the financial and data elements of the business.
This company deals with a high volume of PPI and compensation claims, being able to provide results for clients that most claims companies struggle to achieve. They are a very exciting, dynamic and growing business that now require a Operations Manager to work alongside the Operations Director to help them achieve their desired results and expansion plans.
In this role, you will manage a small team handling the PPI cases, including a two-person call centre. You'll support the growth of the business and act as a representative to lenders where you will communicate the company needs, follow up on cases outside SLA's, and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.
The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail is crucial as well as a good level of IT skills, particularly proficiency in Excel and office-based programs, is essential. You will need to have previous Operations Management experience from a finance/financial services industry/background.

The Role:
Manage a small team responsible for handling PPI cases, including overseeing a two-person call centre.
Support business growth by ensuring efficient case management and team performance.
Act as a representative to lenders, communicating the company's needs and objectives.
Follow up on cases that fall outside of Service Level Agreements (SLA's) to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain and nurture strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
