We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This key account manager role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the forklift truck industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to maximise sales growth.
Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and market trends.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and industry developments.
Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients. Requirements:
Key requirements for the key account manager role are;
Proven experience in a key account manager role, preferably within the forklift truck or material handling industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and articulate technical product information.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
