Are you an organised and detail-oriented Office Manager with a willingness to develop new skills? We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Office Manager to join our client's growing team in Pershore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Bookkeeping: While bookkeeping experience is desirable, it is not essential. However, a willingness to learn and assist with financial tasks, including processing invoices and reconciling accounts, is required.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records and manage databases efficiently.
- Client Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Report Preparation: Assist in preparing financial and operational reports for management review.
- General Office Duties: Organise meetings, manage office supplies, and support ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Office Management.
- Bookkeeping Skills: Prior bookkeeping experience is desirable but not essential. Willingness to learn and work with financial data is crucial.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to work accurately with data and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Organised and Efficient: Able to multitask and prioritise workload in a busy office environment.
- Team Player: Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit team.
