Operations Administrator
As an Operations Administrator, you will assist the team leader and Senior Operations Coordinator in maintaining and updating the scheduling system for service and maintenance activities.
This company has rapidly grown and has made a significant impact in their field. This is a site-based role where you will work directly with service engineers and senior members to coordinate servicing tickets.
The director is involved in business operations and enjoys developing her staff to ensure everyone is working to their full potential.
Ideally, you will have experience using GoCanvas or a similar system to deal with the servicing activities.
Additionally, you will need experience in customer service and to be able to use Microsoft packages.
