Sales Support Consultant - Health Insurance

We're looking for a motivated Sales Support Consultant to assist our clients Sales Team and manage selected renewals. This role offers a blend of administrative duties and direct sales support, providing an excellent opportunity for growth.
Key Details:
Salary: £22,022 per annum
Location: Office-based (potential hybrid after probation)Hours/Benefits:
35 hours/week
23 days holiday/year
Death in service benefit (10x salary)

Performance-related bonusYour Role:
Support Sales Team with admin tasks and renewal management.
Handle inbound calls and assist with renewal follow-up.
Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Assist with sales activity reporting and project support.Skills & Experience:
Admin experience in private medical insurance or financial services.
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple demands and build successful relationships.
