Customer Service Advisor
Reading/Hybrid / £20,000 - £24,000 (DOE) / Permanent
My client, a leader in their market, are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their rapidly growing business on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have previous office-based experience and will be able to confidently support customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for any internal and external related queries
Processing customer orders and quote through the internal database
Provide pre- and post-sale customer support
General administration tasks that are associated with the role
Make sure all customer queries are handled professionally and in a timely mannerEssential Skillset
At least 6 months experience in an office setting
Professional telephone manner
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Proficient with Microsoft Packages
Highly organised

£20,000 - £24,000 (dependent on experience)
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
Reading, Hybrid working following from training/probation / 2 days in the office, 3 days from home
