Key Responsibilities:
As Office Administrator you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our office operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and organising office documents, correspondence, and records
Coordinating appointments and meetings for the team
Handling incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism
Assisting with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees
Maintaining office supplies and equipment
Collaborating with colleagues to support various administrative tasksTo excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
Able to use own initiative
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
