Are you an experienced Buyer looking for your next full time, permanent role?
We are currently looking to recruit a Buyer to join our client's busy Purchasing Department, based at Cove.
You will be responsible for providing full procurement to all divisions ensuring that sufficient quotations are received prior to purchase to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Duties Include:
Liase with internal customers to fulfil all requirements
Collate and organise delivery notes from goods received and work with Admin team to maintain efficient processing.
Follow up on supplier related issues in relation to quality and/or service
You will also be required to assist with procurement of Quarry materials and carry out any other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience in a similar role, have good communication and organisational skills and be able to work on their own initiative. You must also have good computer skills and be able to work to deadlines.
