Our client are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual, to join their team based in South East London. Responsibilities:

Front of house duties include covering reception, answering phones, dealing with enquiries and assisting all staff where required

Managing attendance records

Assisting the PM’s and teams with required tasks

Providing administrative support - letters, memos, meeting minutes, reports, printing, scanning, binding and copying

Collating expenses

Maintaining the weekly and monthly site Health and Safety Records, not limited to but including the following: Weekly & Monthly Site Reports, Delivery and Visitors Records, Apprenticeship Data, Site Induction Records

Office Health & Safety Coordinator role

Office Health & Safety including monthly inspections and keeping records, generating Contractor scores and data

Use of Datascope and holding inductions where required

Ensuring the office maintenance and welfare is maintained

Ordering/managing budgets for supplies and consumables
-
Maintaining stock levels in the office and the ordering of stationary, PPE and Welfare items

Raising Purchase Orders through IFS
Our client is seeking an individual who has previous experience working in an administrative role within the construction sector. They are seeking an individual who has exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanour, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a site team.
