Drainage/ Flood Risk Engineer
Salary – £35,000-£45,000 DOE
Location – Bedford

What are we looking for?
-
Experience working on residential and non-residential projects around the UK, from small private developers to national house builders and master planning schemes.

Proven experience with the preparation of drainage and flood risk strategies to support planning applications
-
Experience of preparing and reviewing flood risk assessments and drainage strategy documents
-
Liaison experience and being commercially aware with colleagues and clients

Preparation of Flood Risk Assessments to support Planning Applications
-
Preparation of Surface Water Drainage strategies and Flood Risk Assessments to support Planning Applications
-
Preparation of Foul Water Drainage strategies to support Planning Applications
-
Fully conversant in the use of software such as Microdrainage/Flow and AutoCAD or their equivalents
-
Good organisation, communication, and presentation skills
-
Able to work well under pressure and adaptable to rapidly changing environments

Able to manage projects simultaneously
