Job Profile
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our team specialising in either the Real Estate & Property Management or Manufacturing & Engineering sectors.
As the ideal candidate, you will have a keen interest in the property market and a passion for connecting talented professionals with leading companies in the industry.
This role is crucial in supporting our Job Seekers & Hiring Managers by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting high-quality candidates, submitting them to the Vacancies and following up with the Clients.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to understand their career aspirations and match them with suitable opportunities.
- Review CVs to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Shortlist and present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers for further consideration.
- Manage the Interview and Offer stages.
- Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and detailed information.
- Ensure all candidate interactions are recorded and tracked within the recruitment software.
- Work closely with Business Development consultants to understand client requirements and job specifications.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions within the real estate and property management sectors.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the team based on market research and candidate feedback.
- Assist with the preparation of recruitment materials and documentation.
Skills & Attributes
- Previous experience in recruitment.
- Knowledge of the Real Estate and Property Management or Manufacturing & Engineering industries is highly desirable.
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess and match candidate qualifications with job requirements.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to recruitment.
Hours of Work
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday - 8:00am – 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch.
