Facilities Engineer
Here at Peopleforce Recruitment we are looking for two keen individuals to join an ever growing team and overall pharmaceutical company in Worthing. As part of the overall maintenance team, you will help to oversee all general activities in an office and production environment; allowing a dynamic role.
General and key responsibilities:

Review and keep on top of production machinery, ensuring that all is running smoothly and all maintenance is kept on top of. Whilst also helping to organise outside contractors when necessary.

A large proportion of the role will be focusing on the office part of the site, managing projects from the start to completion.

Working in a dynamic environment and team; working both collaboratively and independently, allowing you to show your own initiative in projects.

Working with other departments and management on repairs and reactive maintenance.

Keeping on top of company changes, SOP updates and more.

Potentially visiting other near by sites when needed.
Although training will be provided for the right candidates, please see what we are looking for on an essential and beneficial level:

Previous experience is necessary, this can be from a relative industry and role, but does not necessarily have to be within pharmaceuticals – ideally looking for 2-3 years.

Relevant qualifications are highly beneficial, such as a BTEC, NVQ, electrical qualifications and/or similar.

Knowledge of: electrical, mechanical, building and relative regulations.

Experience of project plans and execution.
This role will largely be working on a Monday-Friday basis at the Worthing site, however, some on call working patterns will be required, once every four weeks and additional overtime opportunities will be available.
