TEXO Recruitment are delighted to be sourcing a Junior Project Cost Administrator on behalf of our external client based in Aberdeen.
The suitable candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities including managing project schedules, arranging assignments and communicating progress to all team members.
This is an ideal role for newly graduated candidates or those looking to take a step on the career ladder.
Candidate Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist in reviewing the invoice tracker and supporting weekly meetings

Help with project invoicing, including the preparation of Milestone Certificates for Client approval and signature

Aid in creating CTRs and IDS sheets for all invoicing, reviewing against focal point expenses

Provide support for project expenditure tracking

Assist in the creation of Variation Orders

Support project meetings with projects and internal stakeholders

Help track equipment utilisation

Assist with minute taking at meetings

Maintain team calendars and assist with general administrative duties

General administrative tasks

Work with Expenses

Support the creation of system manuals, processes & procedures
Skills and Experience Required:

Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Good organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Familiar/competent in Microsoft packages (Outlook, Projects, Excel, Word & SharePoint)
