Location: Solihull, Princes Way
Hours: 37 hours per week
Shifts: 8am-4pm / 9am-5pm (Mon-Fri)
Flexible Working: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home after 6 weeks of in-office training
Office Days: Tuesday (Department Day) + 1 flexible day

Experience: Credit control experience is essential, and additional experience is a plus. CICM and CM certifications are desirable.
Skills: Proficiency in outbound calls, confidence in phone communication, and a passion for securing payments.
