Role and Responsibilities:
Oversee Operations: Lead and manage the cabin cleaning operations, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
Reporting: Ensure timely submission of weekly operational and staff management reports.
Client and Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to support smooth operations.
Resource Management: Oversee resource planning and allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
Risk and Safety Management: Conduct on-site risk assessments and implement necessary safety protocols.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
Innovate Processes: Drive internal process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and client satisfaction.
SLA Compliance: Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded.
Budget Management: Oversee operational budgets, including purchase order approvals and financial tracking.
Training and Compliance: Identify gaps in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure comprehensive training and Health & Safety (H&S) compliance for all staff.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations meet London Heathrow Airport (LHR) standards and comply with relevant legislation.
Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to company policies among all operational staff.
Team Leadership: Motivate, allocate tasks, supervise, and manage the performance of the leadership team.
Customer Service: Promote a culture of excellence in customer service across the team.
General Manager Support: Act as a deputy for the General Manager when required.
Equipment and Vehicle Management: Manage equipment and vehicle maintenance, ensuring compliance with HAL regulations and budget constraints.
Incident Response: Respond promptly to accidents, report to Senior Management, and liaise with Heathrow Airport Limited (HAL) when necessary.
Pay and Shift pattern:
£48,672.00 annually
Average 40 hrs per week
Person Specification:
Previous management experience, ideally within a similar environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent numeracy skills and financial acumen.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong team player with the ability to build effective working relationships.
Valid driving license.
High level of computer literacy.
Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules.
