FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Assistant Accountant based in Altens, Aberdeen.
This is a permanent position, working Part Time hours of circa 20 – 25 hours per week.
Main duties include:
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparing weekly rolling cashflow projections
- Monthly trial balance analysis
- Preparing monthly flash sales figures
- Assisting with quarterly Management Information packs.
- Assisting with quarterly and annual audits
- Assisting with annual corporation tax packs
- Full payroll process
- Auto-enrolment pension.
Suitable candidates should have the following:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, and other computerized systems
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with Sage would be beneficial
Candidates should be based locally to Aberdeen, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK
