We are excited to be working with an award-winning Print & Design company with offices based in both Lincoln & Glasgow. We are looking for an established Business Development Proffessional to join the vivacious & vibrant Team located at the office in Lincoln.
Job Overview:
Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration by effectively selling the company’s products and services to drive growth via strong engagement and lead generation for the business.

Ideal Candidate will have:

Ideally previous business development/sales experience required.

Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.

Fantastic negotiation and closing skills.

Able to deliver presentations confidently.

Driving licence and own transport required.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
-
Identify and create and develop strong relationships with prospective clients.

To actively identify new sales opportunities through prospective customers. Also liaise with the marketing team to assist.

To nurture existing clients, maintain solid relationships and maximise organic growth opportunities within the current client base.

Listen to customer requirements and present exciting ideas to convert orders.

Negotiate terms of an agreement and closing sales.

Make appointments to visit potential customers, maintaining accurate sales activity and ensure follow-up meetings/correspondence.

Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.

Liaise with suppliers, negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with suppliers.

Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions and recommend to management
