Job Description:
Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Site Agent/Foreman to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of construction experience and be comfortable managing projects across diverse sectors, including Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Community-based, Healthcare, and Residential. You will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring each one is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the site team, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.

Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all site activities strictly adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure quality control throughout the project.

Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, promptly addressing any issues or concerns with professionalism.

Resource Management: Efficiently manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Reporting: Provide regular progress updates to senior management, highlighting any issues and recommending solutions.

Framework Adherence: Ensure all projects comply with the standards and requirements of our partnership frameworks.
Qualifications and Experience:

Experience: Extensive construction experience across Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Community-based, Healthcare, and Residential sectors.

Education: Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.

Certifications: Valid CSCS card, SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), and First Aid at Work certification.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations, quality control standards, and construction best practices.
