Location: West Midlands (Hybrid Role)
Salary: £40,000 basic + 25% commission + private healthcare + additional benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving targets in a recruitment environment.

Division Growth: Take ownership of growing the office services division. Develop strategies to expand the client base and increase market share.

Candidate Management: Source, screen, and interview candidates. Match candidates to suitable job opportunities and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions. Provide insights and recommendations to clients and candidates.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the office services sector.

Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate new business and close deals. Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Target-Driven: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
