This will be an opportunity to collaborate with seasoned Building Consultancy Surveyors on a diverse range of tasks. With a diverse workload, you will have the chance to engage in building surveying and project management tasks, monitor third-party development projects, conduct surveys on commercial/residential buildings, and handle dilapidation works.
They are currently in need of senior/managing building surveyors with extensive experience in their field, with opportunities to be based out of London, Birmingham, Bristol, and Southampton.
Key Responsibilities:

Offer expert advice to clients on all Building Consultancy aspects as needed.

Draft repair and refurbishment specifications, oversee and manage on-site works.

Provide Project Management and Project Monitoring services and advice to clients.

Prepare and/or negotiate Schedules of Dilapidations.

Conduct various surveys including Pre-acquisition, Exit, and Maintenance Surveys.

Prepare and negotiate fee proposals.
-
Ensure timely delivery of work in accordance with client expectations.

Cultivate, expand, and maintain internal and external client relationships.

Leverage your network to identify opportunities for business growth.

Collaborate with internal departments to cross-sell services, support clients, and increase revenue streams.
Qualities and Qualifications:

Hold the RICS qualification preferred.

Ability to interact professionally with business professionals and provide exceptional client service.

Ability to prioritize and adjust to changes as necessary.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of influencing and negotiating with clients and third parties.
