Job Title: HR / Recruitment Administrator
Location: Northampton
Hours:Part time, flexible hours / days to cover 16-20 working hours per week
Pay: up to £15 per hour, dependant on experience
We are currently seeking an experienced HR / Recruitment Administrator to join our Northampton-based client on a temporary ongoing basis. There is a possibility of this role becoming permanent for the right candidate.
The role will be to assist the People Team with their HR and Recruitment administration tasks. The role will include the following tasks:
Updating candidates throughout their application and interview process ensuring that they are responded to within agreed timescales.
Scheduling interviews
Assisting with the new hire paperwork and compliance documents
Assisting with maintaining HR systems including uploading of documentation
Preparation of letters including flexible working requests, referencing and other correspondence
Provide general administration support including collating information, note taking and assisting with exit interviews
Support with the processing of leavers
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar HR / Administration role and have had exposure to application tracking software and HR systems.
You should be well organised, PC literate, have a good attention to detail whilst being able to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be a confident communicator both via the phone and face-to-face and able to deal with multiple tasks at the same time, whilst maintaining professional standards at all times.
