Civil Engineering CAD Technician
Salary – £24,000-£35,000 DOE
Location – Birmingham
Our client is one of the UK’s leading multidisciplinary professional practices specialising in the built environment with services ranging from architecture to civil engineering, transport planning, town planning and land surveying. There combination of expertise and knowledge is fused to create thoughtful, commercial and unique built environment services.
Due to a strong flow of workload within the civil engineering team, our client is expanding, looking for an Infrastructure CAD Technician. They are an honest and friendly company where they understand the importance of work life balance to create a positive and productive team.

What are we looking for?
-
Preparing drawings to support residential and commercial planning applications
-
Preparing drawings to support various applications
-
Preparing engineering base plans to support the detailed design of residential sites
-
Liaising directly with clients when necessary in a professional manor
-
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
-
Excellent presentation skills and drawing set-up
-
Previous experience of civil engineering (roads and drainage within residential sector)

Good attitude, proactive, motivated, can work well under pressure
-
Proven ability to work well within teams and willingness to take accountability

You will have proven experience in the industry and have an aspiration to start a new and exciting chapter in your career.
