Description
Providing financial support to the Accounting & Finance Department.
Processing invoices, receipts and payments in a timely manner.
Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Assisting with payroll administration.
Reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Communicating with staff and stakeholders regarding financial matters.Profile
A successful Interim Accounts Assistant should have:
A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to work well in a team and independently.
Qualifications in Finance, Accounting or a related field.Job Offer
An hourly rate up to £15 per hour
37.5 hour working week
Immediate start role
3-4 months with a chance of extension
Bradford based with on site parking
Hybrid working 2/3 days a week in the office
