Executive PA - Birmingham - £35-40k per annum depending on experience
An exciting opportunity has arisen for my client for a highly organised, proactive and forward thinking Executive PA to efficiently support the CEO with the administrative side of the business.
This role will be ever changing and you be responsible for the following across a variety of business’s within the group which includes a catering company, care homes, property management and a non profit business.
You will have excellent diary management skills and be confident in representing the CEO as a point of contact
You will provide reports, administrative duties as and when required
You will be required to travel and assist with various tasks across the group
You will be the point of contact for clients, customers, taking messages ensuring their enquiries are relayed back to the CEO efficiently and in a timely manner
You will be proficient in taking minutes in meetings and producing complex documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft office and current software systems
The successful candidate will have previous stable experience supporting a CEO/Director of a company. You will have a positive, dynamic attitude, high attention for detail, people focused and have excellent communication skills, be adaptable, standards driven and have the ability to wear many hats!! This role does require travel and no two days will be the same.
Driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
